Meet Megan Neberz, LCPC
Our Oak Brook Lead
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor & Supervisor
As the Oak Brook Lead, my vision is to maintain and embody CFT’s core commitments to depth-oriented psychotherapy, professional growth and extensive training of our clinicians, community connection, and social justice-informed care. My goal is to ensure that all clients and staff can engage in meaningful and transformative work.
My clinical work is rooted in a Relational and Psychodynamic lens, emphasizing the need for understanding and compassion to client’s unique experiences, values, and identities. My experiences have allowed me to build relationships that help people create the change they want for themselves, integrating both insight-oriented and practical strategies.

Ms. Alyssa Gregorash (She/her)
Pre-Licensed Professional
My therapeutic style emphasizes warmth, autonomy, cultural sensitivity, and empowerment. I aim to create a space and build a therapeutic relationship that feels supportive, nonjudgemental, and gently challenging at times. Having this foundation of trust and safety is vital for us to identify your goals, understand the personal values that influence them, and work towards change that feels authentic to you.

Ms. Deepti Mahmud (She/her)
Pre-Licensed Professional
I believe that our past experiences, relationships, and environments shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. Together, we will explore patterns that may no longer be serving you while building practical tools to help you cope with life’s challenges. As a first-generation American with a multicultural background, I understand that culture, family dynamics, and identity can play a significant role in how we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the challenges we face.
