Life’s challenges can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves and others. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I work with emerging adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, body image issues, grief, trauma, and questions related to identity, culture, and belonging. I have a particular interest in supporting women, individuals navigating multicultural or first-generation experiences, and those recovering from experiences of sexual trauma, intimate partner violence, and unhealthy relationship patterns.
My approach is relational, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed. I believe that our past experiences, relationships, and environments shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. Together, we will explore patterns that may no longer be serving you while building practical tools to help you cope with life’s challenges. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, values, and goals. As a first-generation American with a multicultural background, I understand that culture, family dynamics, and identity can play a significant role in how we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the challenges we face.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years working in corporate recruiting and sales, giving me firsthand experience with workplace stress, burnout, career uncertainty, and the pressures of professional achievement. This background allows me to support clients who are navigating career transitions, workplace challenges, perfectionism, and questions about purpose and identity.
My goal is to help clients develop greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and self-compassion while creating meaningful and lasting change.
