1). Cover Letter indicating reasons you are interested in training with Center Focused Therapy and your goals for the Advanced Therapy Practicum.
2). Resume/Curriculum Vita.
3). Current doctoral program transcript.
4). Two letters of recommendation, including at least one written by someone who directly supervised your clinical work.
Please note that your application will not be reviewed until all documents are received. In the subject line of your email, please state “Advanced Therapy Practicum, your last name, your first name.”
