MINDFULNESS

“I need to get to my groceries. Did I pay that bill yet? Shoot! I need to exchange that shirt.” This is a very small example of how often our mind, in it being the “chatter box” that it is jumps from one thing to another, often carrying us and swaying us from one thought to another. The scary part is when such thoughts are distressing in nature. The swaying can actually feel as if you are caught up in a storm!
