Pain is a part of life – but what happens if it takes over? At times, healing feels impossible and hope slips from our grasp, but we do not have to face it alone. Therapy provides us a safe space, free of judgment; where one can heal through authentic self-expression and connection. It is a place to practice self-exploration and expression, and learn to navigate life’s challenges and uncertainty.

As a queer, non-binary individual and justice-oriented clinician, I am committed to providing culturally-informed and gender-affirming mental health services. LGBTQ+ and other socially marginalized communities face all too many barriers when seeking support, from a lack of appropriate training to outright discrimination. I hope to transform that shared narrative through informed, affirming practice based in compassion, playfulness, and curiosity.

In my four years of clinical practice, I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages across a broad spectrum of identities, backgrounds, life experiences, and mental health diagnoses. My experience in community mental health and the inpatient psychiatric setting provided me with a deep understanding of the way the systems around us shape our mental and emotional wellness. Most of my clinical experience has been working closely with survivors of abuse and trauma living with persistent mental, emotional, and relational difficulties. I firmly believe that attuning to your emotional world and finding belonging in your communities are necessary steps toward creating meaningful and sustainable change.

Together, we will work toward your personal and our collective liberation from a stance of radical hope. I am eager to step into this work together, as fellow travelers. If any of this resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out for a consultation or to schedule your first appointment.
