Whether you’re feeling stuck, burnt out, or like everyone else got the manual on how to be a person, you weren’t meant to figure this out alone. Therapy can be a space to move forward and reconnect with who you are beneath the masks and survival strategies that have kept you afloat. I believe growth happens through genuine connection—when we feel safe enough to show up fully with ourselves and in our relationships.

I use a grounded, curious, and collaborative approach that is individualized to fit your needs. Each client brings their own strengths and wisdom to the therapeutic relationship, and I aim to create a space where we can engage with honesty, compassion, and humor. You're always encouraged to tell me what is and isn’t working for you. I have experience supporting emerging adults navigating concerns related to depression, anxiety, gender, sexuality, identity exploration, trauma, ADHD, and Autism, and non-monogamy.

With my lived experience as a queer and trans clinician, I am passionate about serving marginalized communities using evidence-based therapies and frameworks rooted in Feminist theory,  Queer Theory, and Liberation psychology. We’ll explore how your identities, experiences, and the systems you navigate shape the way you move through the world. From there, we can further understand your emotions and how you relate with others.

Starting (or returning to) therapy may feel like an intimidating or scary step. Building a therapeutic relationship with someone you can trust is the most important factor in your therapeutic progress.
