There are moments in life when we feel disconnected, whether from others, our peace, our purpose, or even ourselves. In those times, healing can be a process of returning to what is already within us. It is about remembering who we are beneath the pain, the pressure, and/or the past. I believe healing involves the whole self: mind, body, and spirit. As a therapist, I offer a space where people can reconnect with their inner strength, transform pain into power, and reclaim their story. Therapy provides an opportunity for deep self-discovery, grounded in the understanding that healing begins from within.
My work is rooted in collaboration, presence, and respect for each person’s lived experience. I have supported individuals through a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, and life transitions. I tailor my approach to what feels most supportive and relevant, creating a space where your voice leads the process. My style is relational and intuitive, always shaped by your unique needs and pace.
In my previous roles, I have worked in community mental health, education, student support services, and crisis intervention. I support individuals through uncertainty, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and complex life experiences. My personal experiences enhance my empathy and strengthen my dedication to supporting others. My approach combines a calm, steady presence with intuitive understanding, creating space for both deep conversation and moments of laughter and celebration.
Outside of therapy, I stay connected to my own healing through spirituality, music, movement, nature, and travel. These practices remind me of the importance of balance and connection, which I carry into my work by supporting each person as they reconnect with themselves. If you’re ready to explore your own path toward healing and balance, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
