I believe that therapy should provide the space and support needed to cultivate a life one can find both meaning and happiness in. It is my aim to foster a warm and down to earth environment in which clients can explore, challenge, heal, and, nurture their authentic selves. My therapeutic approach is based on collaboration with my clients, transparency, curiosity, humor and creativity. I strive to welcome and embrace the unique and intersecting identities of every client with cultural humility, as these identities shape our life experiences and are central to therapeutic work.

I earned my MA in Counseling with The Family Institute at Northwestern University and a BS in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago. Drawing from my clinical experience and training within The Family Institute, I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, meaning that I draw from a variety of techniques in order to best meet the therapeutic goals of my clients. I am also trained in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy and enjoy utilizing mindfulness-based techniques with clients in order to develop a healthy mind and body connection.

My areas of focus include working with adults navigating relationships, major life transitions, challenging family dynamics, school and career related stressors, grief, and women’s issues. I am also very passionate about working with those in helping professions who may find it difficult to create space for themselves. I look forward to hearing from you and am humbled and honored to be a part of your journey.
