You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—whether in your relationships, your sense of self, or your day-to-day life. Therapy can be a space to reflect on these experiences and begin to shift patterns that no longer feel helpful. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we make sense of your story together, with the goal of helping you feel more grounded, connected, and aligned in your life.
My style is warm, empathic, and empowering. I use an integrative approach, drawing from a relational psychodynamic framework–exploring how past experiences and relationships shape the present–while also offering practical tools you can use in your everyday life. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to show up authentically. Without judgment, we can cultivate more openness and depth, leading to greater insight and meaningful change.
I have 7 years of clinical experience in university and hospital settings, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, identity exploration, life transitions, trauma, grief, and addiction. With a background in political science, social work, and counseling psychology, I also consider how cultural and sociopolitical factors impact your lived experience. I am passionate about working with identity, belonging, and relational patterns; especially with 2SLGBTQ+ individuals, immigrants, and multiracial clients.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially if it’s your first time or you’re starting with someone new. If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to connect—I’d be happy to answer any questions and help you get a sense of whether this feels like a good fit.
Ms. Hunt will begin seeing clients in August 2026
