Some days you may feel trapped in a relentless cycle: a tense conversation replays on loop, old wounds surface when you least expect them, or the drive to achieve never lets you rest. In those moments you may feel overwhelmed, isolated, or uncertain which step to take next.
Therapy can be a dedicated space where you unpack these experiences, untangle the patterns that keep you stuck, and build tools to guide you toward clarity and calm. You have already taken the hardest step by deciding to reach out, and I’m committed to offering a warm, nonjudgmental environment where your story is honored and respected.
With me, you will discover an empathic approach grounded in Internal Family Systems and relational therapy. Together we will explore the parts of you that feel wounded or fearful, strengthen the connections you share with yourself and others, and cultivate lasting resilience.
I work with individuals worn down by anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, and the LGBTQ+ community. My clinical background spans community mental health, university counseling programs, and now private practice, equipping me to support clients across diverse identities, backgrounds, and life stages.
Before transitioning to counseling, I spent over a decade as a senior executive in sales and strategy—leading teams, driving growth, and championing equity and inclusion. I bring that same strategic, person-centered mindset to our work together, balanced by genuine curiosity and respect for your unique journey.
If you’re ready to explore a path toward greater connection and well-being, I invite you to book a free consultation so we can see whether we’re the right fit for one another.
Monty will begin taking clients on June, 2025
