Experiencing difficult things and living with them can feel overwhelming and isolating, whether rooted in trauma, grief, identity, or transition. Healing doesn’t require perfection—only a willingness to begin. Therapy can be a space to feel less alone with whatever you’re carrying, and my role is to walk alongside you through that process, at your own pace.

I see myself as an observer of your reality and witness to your story, striving to understand you in the full context of your life; not just your symptoms, but the relationships, environments, and cultural systems that shape your experience. Through a warm, collaborative, trauma-informed approach, I help you process your life experiences and explore your patterns to uncover how they affect your view of the world. Though I draw from skill-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy, I always tailor my approach to what resonates most with you. My goal is to create a safe space to meet you where you are in your healing journey, and help you practice self-compassion - which can be hardest when needed most.

I have experience supporting adults facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, identity exploration, and the lingering effects of trauma. As a former international student, I am interested in working with others who deeply understand the complexities of belonging and the courage it takes to seek support while navigating cultural transitions and intersecting identities.

I hold a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University. I offer sessions in both English and Hindi and bring a multicultural perspective to my work. If you're looking for a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore and heal, I’d be honored to work with you.

“Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of overcoming it.” — Helen Keller
