Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when trying to find the right fit. Each person’s life story is unique and as such, I cater my approach to each individual person. My goal is to create a collaborative, warm, and non-judgmental space where you feel safe exploring your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, performance-based stress, relationship concerns (intimate and platonic), anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. Having worked with college students and other high-pressure positions, I understand the unique challenges that are a part of those experiences. I am also passionate about social justice and its role in mental health — helping clients examine how larger systems, power dynamics, and intersecting identities impact their well-being.
Whether this is your first experience with therapy or you are returning, I am here to support you. I strive to meet you wherever you may be in life, and provide a compassionate space for growth and healing. If you’d like to learn more or explore whether we’d be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out.
