Our lives are shaped by the relationships we hold, the identities we carry, and the experiences that leave a lasting imprint on us. These experiences can feel overwhelming, especially when old patterns begin to show up in new ways. You may find yourself feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. I believe that therapy offers a space to slow down and begin to understand these experiences with greater curiosity and compassion.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, relational, and grounded in building a space where you feel comfortable being fully yourself. I draw from psychodynamic and humanistic perspectives, which means we will identify and explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together, we will hold space for your experience while also paying attention to patterns that may be outside of your immediate awareness. I am especially attentive to how culture, identity, and life context shape our experience, both internally and relationally. My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, while also fostering a greater sense of agency and connection in your life.

I have 6 years of experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relational challenges, and life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, as I believe that therapy should honor the full context of someone’s life, rather than asking them to separate themselves from it. My clinical training has included work in university counseling, community mental health, and private practice clinical settings. This breadth of experience has strengthened my ability to draw from different therapeutic modalities to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

I aim to create a space where growth can happen at your own pace and in a way that feels meaningful to you. If you feel that this approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out - I would be glad to connect and see how we might work together.

Ms. Al-Omaishi will begin seeing clients in August 2026
