As a psychotherapist I believe that you are the expert in your own life and my role is to help you navigate and work through the trauma and challenges you face. I believe that our best work together is achieved when you feel supported and encouraged so through humor and compassion I will meet you where are so that we can work together to address challenges and trauma you face and help you achieve your goals.
I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, gender identity and sexual identity. My focus and passion is working with the LGBTQIA+ community, those in non-traditional relationships, men’s issues, kink positivity, body positivity, and those living with or recently diagnosed with HIV.
I provide a safe space where we can talk openly and freely about trauma or challenges you face while helping you find harmony, self-love, and acceptance so you can be empowered to manage your feelings in a healthy way. Let’s discuss how we can work together to help you on your journey.
