I believe we heal in connection and community. Life can leave us dissatisfied, overwhelmed, and disconnected from ourselves and others. Painful feelings like these can lead us to feel isolated, lonely, and unseen. I want to help you feel seen and join you in creating the change you are looking for. In therapy we can unpack, make sense of, and create new insight to bring you closer to relationship satisfaction, feeling content in your day-to-day life, and a sense of self-understanding.

As a therapist, I take a relational approach. I hope to meet you with warmth, authenticity, and collaboration, honoring the unique strengths, values, and experiences you are bringing. I want therapy to be a co-created space that centers your needs. I find it useful to explore all the parts of you: the various identities you hold, your relationships, your sociocultural context, your favorite thing to do for fun, what you think about at 2am, etc. Together we will work to help you connect with your emotions and better understand patterns that do not serve you anymore with the goal of being more connected, fulfilled, and emotionally satisfied.

My areas of clinical strength include depression, identity-related concerns, grief and loss, relationship concerns, and working with couples. I have particular interest in working with college students, graduate students, early career professionals, and medical professionals. I view therapy as both an investment in oneself and a choice to enter into a new relationship with me, of which I know fit is incredibly important. If you resonated with anything I’ve shared or are interested in learning more, don’t hesitate to reach out.
