I am guided by curiosity and nonjudgmental compassion. I aim to partner with my clients to co-create a space where we feel able to breathe, explore, question, and heal. Together, we can uncover, design, and live into lasting solutions.

I am experienced in providing gender-affirming care, trauma-informed care, and supporting individuals dealing with traumatic stress (including stress from cultural trauma), PTSD, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, gender dysphoria, depression, and anxiety. I have years of experience working with diverse populations in a variety of contexts, including therapy, group therapy, and within community organizations and activism. I am experienced working with queer, transgender, genderqueer, non-binary, intersex, lesbian, gay, bisexual and pansexual individuals, as well as artists, activists, students, professionals, and disabled individuals. I enjoy journeying with individuals through life changes and transformations, which may include coming out, healing from trauma, or grieving loss. I practice from a person-centered perspective and have training in dialectical and cognitive behavior therapy and interpersonal psychotherapy.

As a gardener, feminist, anti-racist and genderqueer trans person I seek to be cognizant of the ways we are impacted by our social identities and navigations within the family systems and larger societal structures that surround us. I seek to meet you where you are to support you in growth and healing.
